"Lieutenant" Betty Black and Colonel Lynn Black. The location and exact date of this photo is unknown, but it is documented that Betty accompanied her father on many an occasion, including the openings of new posts, parades, and even every day events, such as filling out reports and inspections.
The photo shows an inspection, as the motorcycles and Patrol cruisers are lined up and ready for examination.
