How can I request an Ohio State Highway Patrol shoulder patch?
   
Answer:
Due to increasing security concerns, the Ohio State Highway Patrol is significantly restricting distribution of uniform shoulder patches. This decision is consistent with an emerging national trend in law enforcement to limit distribution of shoulder patches only to law enforcement professionals representing a law enforcement agency. The Ohio State Highway Patrol does not provide patches to the general public. Patch requests are provided only to law enforcement professionals representing a law enforcement agency in North America. Requests must be submitted on the agency's official department letterhead to:
