Senate Bill 8 informational video (Windows Media) - On August 17, 2006, Senate Bill 8 (Drugged Impaired Driver) bill will take effect. Senate Bill 8 establishes per se levels for various illicit drugs in a person’s urine, whole blood, blood serum or plasma and also allows for prosecution of an offender who is operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of prescription drugs they are abusing.
