Patrol investigating triple-fatality crash
that killed two Patrol officers and another motorist
News briefing scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at the Gallipolis Patrol Post
GALLIPOLIS – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a triple-fatality crash that occurred on Jackson Pike at Mitchell Road in Gallia County at approximately 5:50 a.m. today. Two Ohio State Highway Patrol officers and another motosist were killed in the two-vehicle crash.
A news briefing will be held at the Gallipolis Patrol Post at 11:30 a.m. today. All media inquiries should be directed to the press briefing.
The Gallipolis Patrol Post is located at 396 Jackson Pike in Gallipolis.
Directions from Columbus: U.S. 23 south (becomes U.S. 35 east); Exit
at State Route 160 (Vinton/Gallipolis ramp); Right on State Route 160;
Right on Jackson Pike.
