The following are the funeral arrangements for Trooper Joshua P. Risner, and Sergeant Dale. R. Holcomb, both of the Gallipolis Patrol Post, who suffered fatal injuries as the result of a traffic crash on September 28, 2006, in Gallia County:

A media briefing will be conducted 30 minutes before each funeral. Reporters covering either funeral should contact Lt. Tony Bradshaw or Sgt. Jon Payer from the Patrol’s Public Affairs Unit at (614) 752-2792 for information on a media staging area.

As a tribute to Sgt. Dale Holcomb, members of the River Valley High School football team in Cheshire will wear Ohio State Highway Patrol Flying Wheel stickers on their helmets during tonight’s game.
