The Ohio State Highway Patrol will release additional information from the in-depth crash investigation and analysis regarding the triple-fatality crash in Gallia County, which occurred at approximately 5:50 a.m. on Sept. 28. Killed in the crash were Sgt. Dale R. Holcomb, 45, Tpr. Joshua P. Risner, 29, both who were assigned to the Gallipolis Patrol Post, and Lori Smith, 32, of Vinton.
