John Parsons is a 35 year old male from Frankfort Ohio who was arrested
and charged with aggravated murder in the April 2005 shooting of Officer
Larry R. Cox. Parsons also was charged for robbery of a BP gas station in
Chillicothe that he was fleeing when he allegedly shot and killed Officer
Cox.
John W. Parsons escaped from the Ross County Jail around 1:00
p.m. on July 29, and was apprehended today in Chillicothe.
